*****New players to Auskick and junior football must provide a birth certificate to the Registrar. This is a requirement of the WA Football Commission and registrations are considered incomplete until birth certificates are provided.
For player transfers from other clubs, please see further below.
Selected Colts, Futures or Rogers Cup players wanting to play for SJFC during the 2024 season, please firstly register with SJFC before registering with the district club. Contact the Registrar email@example.com if you have any questions.
The priority registration period for returning members (years 4-12) closes Sunday, 6th February 2024.
All members returning to SJFC from the previous season will be given priority within teams over new members, provided that their registration is completed and payment of fees are received on or before the cut-off date (6th February 2024). Thereafter, registrations are open to new or returning members if places are available. Teams are filled on a first-come basis. Priority registration period does not apply to Year 3s and can register at any time before 6th February.
It is important to register early! Why? There are so many reasons to register early – all teams have caps, registering early avoids disappointment, crowded or skinny teams. Teams are required to be nominated five weeks before the first game so fixtures can be created. The Club cannot nominate teams with the WA Football Commission with unregistered players. The Club also needs to order player jumpers, merchandise and equipment for the number of players/teams.
Auskick is open to all children in pre-primary (5 years of age) to year 2. Registration fee for Auskick is $160. ***New players to Auskick PLEASE email birth certificates to firstname.lastname@example.org directly after registration.
Registration fees years 3-12 include player insurance, training sessions with accredited coaches, club membership, merchandise voucher, loan club jumpers, equipment, umpires fees and the WAFC Player Participation Levy of $16.50.
Please note that payment must be made online at the time of registration, including those players utilising KidSport. Registrations are deemed incomplete if payments are not made or the KidSport voucher verification email is not provided to the club. The KidSport process is as follows:
- Player applies to KidSport for a voucher code via https://www.dlgsc.wa.gov.au/funding/sport-and-recreation-funding/kidsport
- Player to register via links below.
- During the registration payment process you will be prompted to enter the Government Voucher code. Enter the code and make payment of the balance.
