Firstly, I would like to welcome everyone to the 2016 junior football season. For those that are new to the Club I hope you will enjoy your time playing football at SJFC.
This year is a very historical year as it is the first time in 12 years the Club has fielded teams from Auskick pre-primary’s through to our Yr12 team and about six years since we have had a Yr12 team. The club now has over 450 players involved playing each week.
Another success this year is fielding a girls team in the Yr4 to Yr7 competition, with 22 girls registering so far this year. There have been some major changes to how this is being run and supported by the District and I can only see this competition growing over next few years.
I would like to wish all our teams good luck and an enjoyable season. A big thank you to all coaches, managers and volunteers for your contribution and support.
