Registration

We are pleased to announce the key dates and information for the upcoming 2026 season registrations.

Priority Registration (Returning Participants)

Monday 1st December 2025 to Sunday 18th January 2026.

Priority registration for all returning participants from the 2025 season and all 2026 Year 3 participants.

Returning members (Years 4–12) who register and pay fees will be given priority placement within teams over new members. As of Sunday 1st February registrations will be open to all, subject to team availability, and teams filled on a first-come basis.

Note: The priority registration period does not apply to Year 3's you can register at any time.

New Registration & Transfers

New registration will open on Sunday 1st February, 2026, for:

- New participants to the club (Year 4 and up).

- Transfers from other clubs (all age groups).

All new players (including AusKick) must provide a copy of their birth certificate to the Registrar at registrar@scarbjfc.com after registering on PlayHQ. This is a mandatory requirement by the WAFC, and registrations cannot be finalised until the date of birth has been verified.

Transfers: If you are interested in transferring to Scarborough JFC, please contact the SJFC Registrar at registrar@scarbjfc.com with: player's full name, date of birth, outgoing club name, reason for transfer, and details of participation in any development programs.

Registration Fees

Y3 - Y6 Junior Modified Competition - Boys and Girls - $270*

Y7 - Y12 Youth Open Competition - Female - $270*

Y7 - Y12 Youth Open Competition - Male - $290*

Auskick (Pre-Primary - Year 2 - Boys and Girls - $180

*Fee includes WAFC Player Participation Levy of $16.50

Fees for Years 3–12 cover player insurance, training with accredited coaches, club membership, a merchandise voucher, personalised sports bag for Year 7s, loan club jumpers, equipment, umpires fees, and the $16.50 WAFC Player Participation Levy.

Important Registration Requirements

Register Early:

All teams have caps, and early registration helps us avoid disappointment and ensures we can nominate teams with the WA Football Commission (WAFC) on time. The Club needs to order jumpers, merchandise, and equipment well in advance of Round 1 in late April

Payment:

Payments must be made online at the time of registration through PlayHq, including for players using KidSport. Registrations are deemed incomplete without payment or KidSport voucher verification.

KidSport Process:

  1. Player applies to KidSport for a voucher code via https://www.dlgsc.wa.gov.au/funding/sport-and-recreation-funding/kidsport
  2. Player to register via links below.
  3. During the registration payment process you will be prompted to enter the Government Voucher code. Enter the code and make payment of the balance.
  4. The club redeems the allocated amount from the local council using the voucher code provided.

New Players (Including Auskickers): All new players must provide a copy of their birth certificate to the Registrar at registrar@scarbjfc.com after registering on PlayHQ. This is a mandatory requirement by the WAFC, and registrations cannot be finalized until the date of birth has been verified.

Colts, Futures, or Rogers Cup: Selected players wanting to play for SJFC during the 2026 season must register with SJFC first before registering with the district club. Contact the Registrar at registrar@scarbjfc.com with any questions.

Auskick

Auskick is open to all children in Pre-Primary (5 years of age) to Year 2.

Registration fee for Auskick is $180.

New players to AusKick please provide a copy of birth certificate to the Registrar. This is a requirement of the WA Football Commission.
